Integrative Practice offers bespoke, 1-2-1 and small group classes for expectant mothers from the second trimester onwards; and post-pregnancy.

Whether you have an established practice and want to remain active during pregnancy, need a calm space or just want to get moving again, Adriana will tailor each session to suit you, and only you.

Adriana is an 85-hour qualified pre and postnatal yoga teacher. She completed a  Yoga Alliance USA, Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK) and FEDANT training with Sally Parkes - one of the UK's leading teachers in pregnancy and post-natal yoga.
