Yoga is for everybody- you don't need to be a bendy pretzel.

There is no “one-size-fits-all” yoga practice and I engage with you privately to create a bespoke, tailor-made program suited to you, and only you – whatever your ability.

Your physical body is a mirror of your mind and emotions. Have the care to listen to it, and you will find priceless wisdom.

I use the precision of Iyengar-style yoga to bring the body and mind together into the present moment, through the observation of detail and alignment.

My teaching style cultivates the practices of ‘right effort’, patience and surrender – actively pursuing self-development but also finding peace with what is.

Yoga is an ancient philosophy and way of life that originated in India about 4000 years ago. It aims to “calm the whirlpools of the mind”, cultivate awareness and expand consciousness. In short – gives us the tools so we can live calmer, more purposeful lives.

Yoga is a holistic discipline involving physical movement, meditation, breathing exercises, chanting and other practices. It promotes good physical health, greater flexibility and strength as well as mental and emotional well-being.
