I offer Kundalini Yoga classes centred in kindness, compassion and patience.

Kundalini is the ultimate creative, life-source energy of the universe and that lies dormant at the base of the spine, like a coiled snake.
​
We practice Kundalini Yoga to raise awareness and awake the kundalini up our spine, activating our energy centres (chakras) to ultimately gain enlightenment.
​
Kundalini Yoga focuses on strengthening the nervous system to develop skills to cope with life’s daily challenges and stay in high spirits. It teaches us how to be in control of ourselves rather than be controlled by the environment, thoughts and feelings.
Kundalini Yoga focuses on the inner experience of the student beyond body sensations and into the spiritual realm. Whilst other types of yoga focus on physical postures (asana) Kundalini uses a wider range of practices, such as chanting (mantra/kirtan), and can also become a lifestyle. Known as the ‘fastest way to enlightenment,’ it can also be more dynamic and energetic.
